1. Terms and Conditions
By using our service and agreeing to pay in installments, you agree to the following payment terms. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by CDFX Trading.

2. Payment in installments
Payment for the service is made in installments, as agreed upon on the website, by signing up through the “pay in installments option”. Payment terms and amounts will be determined prior to delivery of the service.

Term of payment: Payment must be made in predetermined equal installments, the first installment of which must be paid before the start of the service. The remaining installments must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Payment term dates: Payments must be made monthly

3. Payment reminders and direct debit
If a payment is not made on time, we will send a payment reminder. If payment is not received after 7 days, access to the service may be temporarily suspended.

4. Responsibility for Payment
The customer is responsible for making timely payments. If a customer temporarily or permanently stops paying the agreed upon installments without prior written consent or consultation, CDFX Trading reserves the right to pause or terminate services.

5. Payment arrangements
If a client is having temporary difficulty making payment, a payment plan can be discussed. This must be agreed upon in writing and may result in a modified payment term or an extension of time.

6. Termination of the Service
The customer may terminate the service at any time, but is still obligated to pay all outstanding payments due for the agreed upon installments. If termination occurs before all payments have been made, the customer remains responsible for the remaining balance.

7. Consequences of Default
If payments are not made on time and no payment arrangement has been made, CDFX Trading may decide to terminate the Agreement and/or take legal action to collect the outstanding amount. Any additional costs resulting from non-payment will be borne by the customer.

8. Changes to the Payments Terms
CDFX Trading reserves the right to modify the payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in a timely manner via email or other available communication channels.

Sharing Policy: By purchasing this plan you agree with our sharing & replication policy.
This means that if we find out you have been sharing the content that's inside one of the paid products with someone that hasn't paid for these products, we have the right to terminate your access to all products immediatly.
​
We are also allowed to fine you, for breaking this policy.
The fine will be equal to the value of the shared product times 10.

This is not a punishment. We just want to create a strong community and allow people to learn at the most efficient way possible.
